Record a Payment

To record payments in your budget tool, please follow the steps below:


  • Log in to your WeddingWire account
  • Hover over 'My Wedding' and click 'My Budget'
  • Find the line item of the expense you wish to record a payment for. Make sure the 'Estimated budget' and 'Final cost' columns are filled out. 
  • Click the blue $0.00 in the corresponding 'Paid' column for that item to record a payment
  • Click 'Add new Payment' in the pop up box and fill out the box that appears.
  • Click 'Save Changes' when complete


You can then view all of your recorded payments, when you click the 'Payments' tab at the top of the Budget tool
